At k2gemstones LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility (15-Day Policy)
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of dispatch under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Requests made after 15 days from dispatch will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or special-order items
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear
- Items returned without original packaging
Natural gemstones and handmade products may have natural variations in color, pattern, or texture. These natural variations are not considered defects.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
k2gemstones LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
- If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the refund may be denied or partially issued
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (within the 15-day window) and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
9. International Orders
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes
- Shipping fees, customs charges, and import duties are non-refundable
